Located via the main entrance at TSB Arena, the registration and information desk will be open at the following times:

For those delegates who have reserved hotel accommodation through the conference managers (Conference Innovators), please ensure your account is settled in full before your departure.
Catering is available within the exhibition hall located in the TSB Arean. For delegates who provided dietary details during the registration process, these meals will be available in the catering area and venue staff will be available to assist.

It is preferable for you to use the hotel concierge to arrange for luggage storage. However, there will be limited unsecured space available near the registration and information desk to place luggage.
Please ensure mobile phones are switched off/or on silent before going into any Conference sessions.
Please wear your Conference name badge when attending Conference sessions and within the Conference venue.
Smoking is not permitted in the Conference venues.
Complimentary wireless access is available to all Conference delegates.
