The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by MDSANZ. Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators amelia@conference.nz. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Friday 4 October 2019 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the meeting, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. All terms and conditions for Hotel bookings are noted in the online registration process.
