Accommodation terms and conditions

  • Please note: all accommodation properties offered via the conference are not COVID-19 managed isolation or quarantine facilities.
  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the meeting are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking. No invoice will be issued.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Rosanna at Conference Innovators.
