Evidence-based medicine publications

The International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society has several open-access publications which summarise the current evidence-based treatment of some movement disorders.

The American Academy of Neurology has an open-access website with clinical practice guidelines for different movement disorders. As part of this they also developed guideline summaries for patients, family members and caregivers which can be downloaded free of charge.

The Cochrane library offers a large collection of systematic reviews regarding the treatment of various aspect of movement disorders.
