Welcome function
Enjoy a drink and nibbles while connecting with colleagues and peers at the Friday welcome function.
Date: Friday 15 March
Time: 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Venue: Hamilton Island Conference Centre | Foyer and outside lawn
Dress code: Smart casual (from last session of the day)
Cost: One ticket to this function is included in a full registration, additional tickets can be purchased for $80.00 (AUD).
Note: There will be canapes and drinks served at the welcome function but we recommend that you make a dinner booking at one of Hamilton Island's restaurants following the function. Find a range of options and make a booking here.
Gala dinner
The gala dinner will be a special occasion to come together and celebrate the movement disorder society.
Date: Saturday 16 March
Time: 7.00pm - late (pre dinner drinks will start at 6.15pm as the sun sets)
Venue: Beach Pavilion
Dress code: Smart casual (the venue is located right on the beach with an indoor/outdoor flow, dress for warm temperatures)
Cost: One ticket to this function is included in a full registration, additional tickets can be purchased for $180.00 (AUD).
